28 years of experience in construction industry, starting out as laborer working his way through college. Graduated from Salisbury State in 1984 with a B.S. in Business. Went to work full-time for a small home building company based out of Ellicott City as a Site Superintendent. Has worked for several local builders over the years, gaining a vast knowledge of the building/remodeling industry before starting own business.

• Nancy Miller Boone, Vice President, Financial Officer
Also consults and assists with the design and selections process. 19 years of experience in construction industry. Worked for major home builder in Houston, Texas before moving to the Maryland area in 1985. In Maryland, worked for 2 home building companies as Operations Manager for production/semi-custom builder and Project Manager for a small Howard County custom builder.

• Christopher Wilhelm, Site Superintendent
10 years in construction industry, having worked in the past for a cabinetry builder, site preparation and finish carpenter. For B Square, serves as the finish superintendent, taking the job from drywall, through to the completion of ‘punch-out’ items. Very affable, well-liked and willing to please!
